Orders & Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors, with a full refund.

Custom Orders

• Custom orders require a quote approval and payment via Stripe Invoice before production begins.
• Custom items are made to your specifications and are non-refundable once production starts.
• Turnaround times vary by project complexity and are communicated during the quoting process.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States via USPS.
• Free shipping on orders over $75.
• Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $75.
• Local pickup is available at no charge.
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
