Our policy for handmade and custom goods.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We'll work with you during the design process to make sure you love the result before we start production.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a full refund — your choice. Please include photos of the issue so we can make it right quickly.

Return Shipping

For defective items, we cover return shipping. For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@makerworksbyb.com with your order reference number and a description of the issue. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item (or confirm the defect).
